She has served as Board Director for the UK’s leading creative, digital and marketing consultancies. Most recently she was Marketing Director of Take7 Music, an educational music learning app and start-up company. Before that she was Managing Partner of Oystercatchers, an FT top 20 management consultancy which grew from a start-up in 2007 to £3.4m turnover in 2016; Group Managing Director of Lambie Nairn, a Corporate Identity, Brand Identity, and TV commercials agency with £11m turnover in 1995; Board Director of The Digital Partners, a £3m digital services business. Head of Brand, Michael Peters Ltd, a Corporate Identity and Brand Identity agency with worldwide sales of $40m .
Key projects include: Euroclear: Design of new operating model for marketing; AXA Investment Management: Strategic review of the Agency Infrastructure Model to create a new global streamlined model; TSB: Organisational redesign of Marketing department; The Royal British Legion: Strategic development of a new corporate vision, and new brand leading to a 16.5% increase in Poppy Appeal funds; RBS (Future Williams and Glyn): Organisational review, and new operating model following trade sale decision; Heathrow Airport: Strategic review of the Agency Infrastructure Model to maximise integrated communication opportunities; The Post Office: Organisational redesign of marketing department; Macmillan Cancer Support: Strategic review of the impact of structure on revenue generation; BUPA: Brand equity evaluation for new global relaunch.
